By purchasing the Small Business Package from WS Media, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Hosting & Domain Registration

    • The package includes 1 year (12 months) of website hosting and, where applicable, the registration of a .co.uk domain.

    • After this initial 12-month period, hosting services can be renewed annually at the applicable rate at the time of renewal.

    • If you choose not to renew hosting with WS Media, we will provide reasonable assistance in transferring your website and domain to another provider.

  2. Ongoing Support

    • Personalised support is included for 12 months from the date of website launch. This includes basic website edits, guidance, and troubleshooting.

    • Support beyond this period can be extended by purchasing an annual support plan, or we can assist with transferring management to a third-party provider of your choice.

  3. Logo & Branding Deliverables

    • Logo files and brand assets will be delivered in standard formats suitable for print and digital use. Once approved and delivered, all branding assets become the client’s property.

  4. Client Responsibilities

    • You agree to provide any required content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner to avoid delays.

    • Any delays caused by a lack of response or missing information may affect the timeline and delivery of your project.

  5. Copywriting (Optional Add-On)

    • If the copywriting service is selected, you are entitled to one round of revisions per page of content. Additional revisions may incur a fee.

  6. Payments & Refunds

    • A 50% deposit is required to commence work, with the remaining balance due upon completion and approval of the project.

    • Due to the nature of custom design and digital services, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  7. Website Ownership

    • Upon full payment, the website and associated content become the property of the client. WS Media reserves the right to showcase the project in its portfolio.

  8. General

    • WS Media reserves the right to update these terms periodically. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
